@ tabber i put one egg , two cans minced crabmeat, two tablespoons old bay seafood seasoning , 1 cup panco bread crumbs, dash of salt, scallions, cracked peeper, dash of hot sauce, tablespoon of worcestershire sauce, mix in bowl and make patties like you would a burger and grill on low heat till crispy brown.

    Yummy yum yum!

I must eat what my wife is cooking - not always my favorite food - she is vegetarian .....:)lol

macaroni cheese, with a well dressed garden salad and garlic bread (home made of course) not great for the waistline, but I love it made with lots of different cheeses, and toasty brown breadcrumb topping.

Jewish people cook chicken soup a lot - their answer to every illness.

I used to have lots of dinner parties - my friends bringing their contrabutions - masses of fun but now do not cook so much - much better if you have someone to cook and share with you. Most of my dear friends no longer live around here.

My wife & all the kids say mt spaghetti bolognaise is to die for.(hasn't killed any of them yet.LOL)

I also do a ripper French Toast.

Think I'll go make some now. It's lunchtime here.

love home made Indian food with home made chappties

    Yum yum!

A large pot of homemade spaghetti sauce loaded with tomato, onion, green pepper, mushroom and GARLIC and ground round with a heavy dose of appropriate spices,  and it cooks slow for hours and lasts for days for many different dishes to make with it.  Sauce and pasta, lasagna, stuffed shells, meatball hoagies,.....................Yummmm

Hey Dopey I'm not Jewish but --Do you know Chicken soup (homemade) Does actually help with colds and ts gentle to your digestion? And it will add calcium to you if you cook your chicken with the bones on?  And besides its yummy!

Tommyh, I use a basic white sauce, add a good chedder, gruyer, peccorino and freshly grated parmesan, I add this to cooked shell pasta ( or any you have) pour it into a casserole dish, sprinke with panko crumbs, and little dobs of butter, then bake until its all golden and bubbling .I don't know amounts as I just taste as I go, also sometimes needs some white pepper. Great with a fresh salad and plenty of garlic bread. also sometimes add fried bacon or pancetta to the sauce mix.

    Lasagna!!!

Anything I can wrap in foil and throw in the oven on a slow bake.
