how do you get your man to understand that i need more time with him?

i feel so alone sometimes & i try to explain this to my man but he just does"nt get it

BRING HIM A BEER AND PRETZELS ALONG WITH THE TV REMOTE ON NFL SUNDAYS.

MAKE HIS FOVORITE MEAL AND SERVE IT AT HALFTIME.

WHEN THE GAME IS OVER, BE HAPPY FOR HIS TEAM IF THEY WON, AND LOOK DISSAPOINTED AND "CONFORT HIM" IF THEY LOST.
