Happy Bithday John ! I think he was a very good song writer but I never liked thier Music I also think he was trying to be a man of peace but never quite made it! due to all the drugs ect

I loved his music.I never cared for the Beatles all that much -just John. We went to bon fires to celebrate his life after he was killed.  I remember clearly the night I got the news of his death. I cried. He brought most all of us to think of peace. RIP, John.

Yes I like the music he wrote with Paul McCartney , I often play it myself on the piano. There was a programe on UK TV last week about him before he became famous, it was a lovely storey but sad at times.
