Brilliant just remember you are never too old to exercise see you Doctor first then either stars swiming and gentle walks this all keeps your bones very supple and stops them stiffing if you walk at least 10 mins a day then increase it it good for increasing blood flow....good for your brain...and mind....and you will sleep better and eat better and feel on top of the world you go for it well done

Some exercise is good at any age. It depends on how used to taking exercise you are. Walking and yoga is effective. Even when sitting in a chair, moving each limb in turn and making small circular movements with the wrists and ankles has an effect. If you have limited mobility it is always important to move the legs at regular intervals to encourage good blood circulation.
