    Diaries are generally kept by young people. Do any adults out there keep a record of what happens in their lives on a regular basis?

      I think the new thing is blogs. People keep blogs instead of journals.

        I'm sure there are a ton of people who keep "diaries" which I'm sure they prefer to call journals if they're adults. I don't do it myself but I've heard it's an amazing form of release :)
