It helped me to look for one wonderful thing each day...and it only hurts when you are learning a lesson.

I had a friend who slowly changed one thought each day.  It worked.  He began to look at life differently and himself.

Never give up and never get tired.  Tomorrow truly is a new day.

You never give up.You have no way of knowing what lies ahead. Things can change in an instant for the better just as easily as they can change for the worse.We soldier on because we only get one shot at it. Go out of your way to help someone else, no matter how trivial the help may seem it will make you feel better & it will attract good karma.Good luck.
