Things You'll Need
MP3 files
USB cell phone cable
Micro SD card (optional)
Instructions
1
Connect your cell phone to your computer. Your cell phone will connect to your computer with a universal serial bus (USB) cable that came with the phone.
2
Open your cell phone's music folder. Open the "Start" menu and go to "My Computer." Under "Devices With Removable Storage," you will see your cell phone. Double-click on the icon and you will open your phone's folder. Inside your phone, double-click on the "Music" or "Audio" folder. You now have the music folder on your phone open.
3
Click on your MP3 file and drag it into your phone's music folder. Wait for the transfer to complete. You can transfer multiple files at a time by highlighting them all with your mouse pointer and then clicking in the highlighted area and dragging it into the folder.
4
Close all your folders and safely disconnect your cell phone. To remove your phone, click on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon on the bottom-right side of your desktop. Now, go on your phone and go into your music folder to use your newly transferred files. You can listen to them, add them to a playlist or set them as ringtones.
