    It's always been economic in my part of the world.  However, when I grew up it was, "The other side of the river".   Now, it's Inner City or Otherwise.  "Top of the Hill", Golf Course or Vineyard is considered 'The Place'.


    I live in a Multi-Cultural society.  Thank goodness.

    I never thought of this as a RACIAL  statement, but more of SOCIAL-ECONOMIC standings...  Please do not make it Racial, as we do not need to add to this drama...
