OK, I'm going to give you a link for how to clean up your computer. If you know someone who knows computers, have them do it or you can try following the directions yourself. What anti-virus do you use?

I also want you to install Ccleaner and run it. Click the Windows tab, then run cleaner button, click ok for the pop up. Then the Application tab, run cleaner, click OK for the pop up.
