A vital body part such as liver, kidney, heart etc.. also as Umbriel noted, a musical instrument. I am a professional 'organist'.. A musician that plays the organ, however, this instrument has lost the popularity it once had.. (I am a jazz player).. Organs go back into the times of J.S. Bach, they have evolved from the old 'stick in the side pump' to today's modern digital organs, they consist of two keyboards one over the other in a staggered  placement, they have pedals for bass notes, these pedals come in 13, 25 and AGO 32, Theater organs have 25, church and pipe organs have AGO 32, home organs usually have 13 pedals.

today, organs have given way to Digital pianos that also incorporate sampled organ sounds as well as many other instruments, also the modern 'sample playing' keyboards that are professional and portable..  I carried an 'Hammond B3 organ around for many  years that weighed 450 pounds, not including its 200 pound speakers..
