    Canada Green Energy
    Project proposal
    Project name: Factory for producing permanent magnet turbines-motors;
    Technology: “Kastratipower” technology
    Products: Permanent Magnet Turbines-Motor
    Funding: Round € 7 million investment expenses and equipment;
    Location: Canada
    1. Business activities
    Business activities are production of the permanent magnet turbine-motor based on kastratipower technology in purpose driving generator to produce electrical energy. The Production is based on technical documents that are already prepared for producing the magnet motors with the capacity of 10 MW.
    2. Kastratipower as Innovation
    There are five main attributes of kastratipower technology which influence acceptance, as are relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trial ability and Observability.

    A relative advantage is economic and is the degree to which is seen as superior to prior innovations fulfilling the same needs.

    Has Compatibility degree to which appears consistent with existing values, past experiences, habits and needs to the potential adopter.

    Has no Complexity degree to which appears easy to understand and use.

    Has Trial ability perceived degree to which kastratipower innovation will be tried on an unlimited basis, and has positive acceptance.

    Observe ability is the perceived degree to which results of kastratipower is visible to others and is positively related to acceptance.
    So, the core of “kastratipower” technology is geometrical configuration of the permanent magnets on the stator and rotor and geometrical design of the permanent magnets in accordance to the technology of “kastratipower”.
    3. Magnet MOTOR of Kastratipower technology
    Permanent magnets have some performance advantages over wound stator types, and have become predominant in fractional horsepower applications. They are smaller, lighter, more efficient and reliable. Those performances with additional performance of kastratipower technology have new technological possibilities to have a very compact module which drives generators to produce electrical energy very cheap and without pollution.
    Future possibilities are very promising, based on nanomagnets, which make possible to have the kastratipower modules very compact and with small footprint and with effective impact on lowering the cost of the modules, aftermath cheap electrical energy for consummator.
    4. Kastratipower as Technological change (TC)
    The term is redundant with technological development, technological achievement, and technological progress. In essence TC is the invention of a technology (or a process), the continuous process of improving a technology (in which it often becomes cheaper) and its diffusion throughout industry or society.
    This definition of technological change shoves that kastratipower technology fulfill all aspect of technological change as invention that can make dramatic change on chip production of electrical energy and on saving the environment.
    5. Production program
    Based on the technology invention (Patent nr. 20 2006 006061.8) named Magnet Kastrati power technology, (MKPT) we have possibility to produce power modules, which drive electrical generators, with different capacities from 4 kW scalable up to 10 MW and beyond. Main modules for family use will be from 4 kW up to 12 kW and for commercial use will be from 50 kW scalable up to 10 MW.
    The strategy is to produce only 10 MW stations for security rezones. Technical and technological documents are done for producing the magnet motor for droving the generator with the generation capacity of 10MW, that mean we are ready to establish the production line for producing 10 MW permanent magnet motors (turbines) and to produce 2 unit per month.
    Capital cost per 1 kW will be 350 Euro +/- 5%; camper with capital cost of conventional technologies that is from 1100 up to 1700 euro per 1 kW.
    Electrical energy produced by MKP technology will cost 0.02 CD per 1 kWh or 20 CD for 1MWh. Market price from the gird 9cent CD per 1 kWh or 90 CD per 1 MWh. One station with 10 MW Capacity will gain at list 5 million profits per year, 20 million per year with 4 modules as is planned in this proposal.
    6. Performance
    Power Output: Power Plant Rating 10,000 kW/ Standard Output AC Voltage 13,800 V Standard Frequency 60 Hz/Optional Output AC Voltages 22.000/ Optional Output Frequency 50 Hz
    Efficiency: 99 +/- 1 %/ Fuel Consumption: No fuel consumption; /Water Consumption: No water consumption; / Pollutant Emissions: No emissions of NOx; No emissions of Sox; No emissions of PM; /Greenhouse Gas Emissions: No emissions of CO2; /Noise Level: Standard 72 dB (A) at 3-5 m;
    7. Benefits of Magnet Motor Kastratipower Technology
    Efficiency: Facilities managers are drawn to kastratipower power plants primarily due to their highly efficient use of magnet power. Kastratipower offer clear efficiency advantages in comparison to other forms of distributed power generation. Kastratipower plants are 99% efficient in the generation of electrical power.
    Environmental Impact: Amid the increasing energy demand and cost, and growing public awareness for energy conservation, kastratipower plants will become the choice for on-site power. With zero emissions of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx), and particulate matter as well as zero emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), kastratipower plants qualify under several environmental certifications established by the governments and international standards.
    Reliability: By locating the power plant on-site, and implementing real-time monitoring capability, end-users are assured of increased reliability, a necessary requirement for applications such as hospitals, hotels, universities and manufacturing facilities. Unlike wind and solar technologies, which generally have an overall availability of 35%, kastratipower Energy products operate independently of the grid, and have an availability of about 95%

    9. Strategy
    The main strategy is not to sell the magnet motors, but they will be the property of the company, the company will sell electrical energy only thru electrical generation stations “stay alone” on site or “farm system” connected as presented in the above figure . We do not produce the generators and transformers we will cooperate with the best producers in the world.
    10. Markets
    Magnet motor of Kastratipower (MKP) plants is ideal for a wide variety of markets and applications, spanning industrial, institutional, and utility customers. MKP plants deliver efficient, reliable, economical power where it is needed – without the emissions that harm the environment. States seeking to secure cleaner energy sources are creating standards to mandate that utilities provide a certain amount of their electricity from renewable sources – Ultra-Clean MKP operating magnet power qualify. Using single or multiple configurations, (Farmed system) MKP power plants provide reliable on-site power to meet requirements ranging from 4 kW to 10 MW, and are scalable for applications up to 50 MW and beyond.
