There is no actual cure. Sorry.

I also have severe spinal stenosis and too many other health problems to warrant surgery...the lumbar epidural does help somewhat...reduced my pain by half so far...although the outcome varies with each individual...I was on very strong painkillers for years and do not wish to fall into that trap again...so thus the epidural in order to be able to deal with it...no cure, but some relief...hope you have a good doctor...good luck and keep strong

there is no cure. surgery may work or an epidural may ease the pain. I know for sure as a sufferer of spinal stenosis
