Please dont kill this poor creature he has more right to be in your yard than you after all he lives out side all year please try another method I am sure you can ring a animal welfare person and they will give you some advise on how to get rid and put him some where else after all he does belong to God as he is one of his creatures thank you

No, do not kill it. They have a right to live just as we do. I used to have a porcupine living in my yard. My two dogs at the time tried to go after it and they ended up getting quills in theire noses. The dogs gave up on the pocupine after that. The Porcupines have all disappeared from my area along wth birds,  and rabbits. Noxious energyfields created by man are affecting the  earth own electromagnetic fields.

west texas, You know , it wasnt acting viscous, so got out my water hose and hosed it for about 40 minutes till it went into the milo fields. This thing was like a fat lazy cat , slow. Dog didnt fare as well though. Got four in its face. I just couldn't kill it ,besides its sunday,  it was nonthreatening, that would have been the easy way out. I feel good about it. Think i might get some of that natures defense.. But any rattlesnakes, badgers, or mountain lions are dead any day of week

Maybe a litter nearby? Let the Porcupine live,try to relocate,I know (easy too say).Where do you live?
