Only time will tell.  If the economy gets better by the time the election comes around, it is very likely that President Obama will be reelected.

I do not know about a one hit wonder, but I hope a one term President.

    Ann, same thing--thanks

He will not be re-elected. Most everyone knows his tricks by now. He knows he won't be re-elected so he's going to try and sink this nation before he leaves. If he gets the debt ceiling raised, say good bye to your life as you know it now. No one will be able to afford to live.

god willing yes , hopefully he won't go platnum.

I sure hope so! We need a president and congress that's willing to do what's best for the country. I haven't seen it yet, they're busy fighting amongst themselves as usual, it's frustrating.

He has a good chance to be re-elected, not because he's been a good president.  It's because the economy has been so bad the last 4 years that any improvement in early 2012 will make him look like a saviour.  Remember, it's not what is but what the perception is that defines the reality for the American people.  Besides, Americans, in general, have a short memory for pain.
