What's your recipe against nutty moments?

Sometimes I enter a room because I was going to do something specific there, but when I get there, I can't remember what it was (and no, I'm not living in Versailles...). Occasionally, it helps me to return and walk the same way again, but more than often the idea has disappeared for good. What do you do (I know it happens to other people, too) in such cases?

I let it go. It comes back faster is you don't fixate on it. Eventually you do something that reminds you.

I just forget about it, lol. If it's important it will come back to you again.

THE OLDER I GET THE MORE IT HAPPENS

Don't tell you doctor about it! :)
