If this is the same as an Angle Trumpet tree, this is all I could find about fertilizing it.

Apply organic matter like compost, well-rotted manure or fine particles of mulch atop the soil around the angel's trumpets. These materials improve the soil's fertility, suppress weeds and conserve soil moisture. All angel's trumpets plants grow best in a rich, fertile soil.

Feed angel trumpets with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer product, such as 10-10-10. Follow label directions for dosages, but according to the the Brugmansia Growers International website, apply the fertilizer solution one to three times a week during the warm months. When the plant is actively growing, it appreciates frequent soil feedings. Taller, larger plants require fertilizing three times a week.

Mix 1 tablespoon of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) in a gallon of water and sprinkle this solution evenly over the angel's trumpet's root zone monthly. Again, this feeding of magnesium is done when the plant is actively growing, not during the cool dormant winter months.
