Have your internet speed checked. You also may have too many programs stating up when you turn on your computer. This will slow down it's start up process.

Another tip, make sure you delete tracking cookies just before you log off for the day/night. Tools > Options > Privacy > Show cookies > Delete all cookies.
Make sure you have a good anti virus installed and that it is up to date and always on.
