    Can I get a new detachable control panel tha was stolen from my car's radio?

    My dealer tells me that I have to buy a whole new radio since the detachable face can not be replaced for security reasons.

      Then you must do as your dealer recommends. I believe he's correct. Those faces are designed so the fit only one radio. In the event we are both wrong, try a car stereo shop or eBay to see if someone is selling a radio like the one you have.
