      You have to have a memory card inside your PSP.

      if you have a PS3 you can connect via the usb and it should sync with the games on your HDD.

      You'd go to connect device in your PSP once its hooked up too the PS3 and it should take it from there.

      if not then you can download them directly onto your device via the PSP PSN store
