For those less informed about Australia this question was probably instigated after our Dumb, sorry delete that, our Prime Minister Ms Julia Gillard had been telling us before the last federal election there would NOT I repeat Not be a cabon tax suddenly introduces a carbon tax. For weeks after the introduction she kept referring to "The carbon tax" now after someone reminded her of her pre electon promise it is not a tax but a "charge for carbon"

And you think Obama is an idiot.

Oh and if that is not bad enough her party was not elected on their vote but by the support of another party ( who could not have won either) giving her party their votes. Called preferential voting where if you don`t get in you can pass all votes obtained by your unsuccessful party to some other party. In this case the combined votes of Julia Gillards party plus those given to her by The Green Party were sufficient to put her in power.

Did you notice the name of the party that helped? The geens, no wonder we have a carbon charge tax.
Bloody tree huggers. I believe in conservation but this lot are over the top with their demands. They would ban cabbage because it causes methane gas.
