help with filling out forms to become foster care group home provider
I have been keep persons with physical and mential disabilities for more than 15 years in my home. When they run out of funds I do not have the heart to make them go to a nursing home. I have staff and my home has had all the required inspections. How do I become licesening to get into the medicaid waiver program and is there anyone who can heph with felling out the paper work????
