    Will I be eligible for caregivers to visit after my surgery? Dr. said if I do not have some one here I have to go to rehab for 6 weeks after hip replacement.

    need someone with me after surgery. Will caregiver, visiting nurse, come to my home? Rather not spend six weeks in nursing home for rehab.

      would have to check with your insurance co, sometimes they will provide you with a cvaregiver at no cost to you. Most of the time, after a hip replacement, you are always told to have rehab. It is a neccessary step to your recovery.
