    To be mindfulness,I believe is to think of other people needs,and if you can help them it would be appreciated.

    If there were more people like that,helping whenever they can,it might make this world a hole lot easier to live healthier live,also would educate other,specially were there is lack skill labored.in these foreign countries.Also it could eliminate some awful decease from spreading.
    That would be like killing two bird with one stone.
    Attentive, aware, or careful (usually followed by of ): mindful of one's responsibilities.
    I consider it being thoughtful and considerate of other peoples feelings and situations. Also just being aware of things.
    Mindfulness is the practice of living in the present moment and experiencing things without judgment.
