    How to invest in Gold ETF? Is it based on Gold price or on NAV?

    I wish to invest in Gold ETF? What I want to know is what would be the basis of unit price? Is it NAV based or actual gold price. Whether the NAV and the Gold Price are same or different.

      It is based on the NAV and the most popular is GLD. Currently gold is around the $1500 per ounce mark. The ETF is much cheaper. Of course it is always better to have the real thing in your hand. To find out the prices of all metals go to: https://www.Kitco. com
