Good answer Randy, he/she knows exactly how to do it now after your words of wisdom. Should have suggested he/she ask for holy intervention. Don`t feel too bad Randy your nemisis Colleen will be able to answer as required. Sorry 1932 (that`s when I was born 29th feb) I do not know the answer but I do know it is not devine intervention. One suggestion is to restore your computor to a time prior to installing the new update and start over.
