If someone has legal POA of someone it has to be notarized and a copy registered with the courthouse in the county the person lives in then it becomes a matter of public record. you can obtain a copy there, but you will need to get what is called a certified copy which means that they make a copy of it and then someone that is a notary at the courthouse notarizes this as a certified legal copy of that document. They charge you a fee but it is not very much.
