    i have Rogers' cable tv, and internet customer for more than 5 years, then i wanted to add home phone with rogers. Then i phone to customer service, she said, my next bill is just add the price of home phone use, each month around 20 dollars.     That is one of the problems with bundling all of your services with one company. It is better to get separate services from different companies. You can complain to the Public Utilities Commission if Roger's doesn't fix your complaint.
