    What do you call the service a lawyer gives without charging unless the case is won?

    It's not pro bono, but what is it called when a lawyer takes a case and doesn't charge unless the person wins thelawsuit?

    Colleen I thought pro bono meant "with out fee" This aplies whether you win or loose. But I am willing to bow to your superior knowledge. ( What a lot of bull dust people lover you wouldn`t bow to the queen)
