Should someone who has violated another persons human rights be entitled to human rights?

I personally think that if you take away anyone's human rights in any way, you have lost the right to claim your human rights thereafter! ;-)

I AGREE WITH YOU, GRIT SAVAGE WHOLEHEARTILY, ONCE SENTENCED THEY HAVE LOST ALL RIGHTS AND TREATED AS SUCH. A PRISON IS NOT A 'HOLIDAY INN'.
Yes, but I think we have made a mockery out of our prison system. Bad people should experience discomfort in jail, by that I mean certain privileges such as access to TV, internet, congical visits, and education. I don't believe a prison should educate anyone. They had an opportunity for self betterment on the outside and chose not to do so. A thief with a PHD is still a thief.

you pray for whoever you want randy, that's what you do and part of who you are, absolutely no problemo to me! as for answering the human rights question. the reason i asked it is because people in UK jails are fighting for their "human rights" even though they have committed some horrendous crimes against innocent people. why should they be entitled to what they have taken away from others! :-)

    btw, still laughing randy ;-)
