Unless you clicked on Save, where you titled it or not, it's gone forever. If you did save it, or you think you may have done, search Documents for the a title, which may well be the first 3 or 4 words you typed.

To avoid it happening again, save as soon as you open a document and make a habit of saving frequently, or set your computer to do it automatically. When you've finished it takes seconds to save it to a momory stick, or burn it to a rewritable disc.
