    Lost my truck title before getting it transferred, What do I do?

    Bought a truck from a friend and didnt have the money to change it, he already sent the paperwork taking himself off liability for truck, its from Washington state, they know he sold it to me but wont give him a replacement. I'm in Baltimore Maryland now and cant drive it. tabs exspired, and I'm stuck.

      Get the VIN number off of the truck, and go to the DMV and fill out a title replacement form.
