My Samsung HLT6176SX/XAA has no picture and cant even get menu to show up on screen I got some blue dots on tv what's the problem
I also don't have the remote for the Tv it's a 60 inch tv and I need to figure out exactly whats wrong with it so my family and I can watch it.when I try to change the channel I get the same thing blue dots and a grayish black screen.What could it all be that's wrong with it?Please answer me if you know what I can do.
