yes i fallow but not work wasaap in my computer why?
Because the true Whatsapp was not created for the computer. It was created for cellphones only. This app I gave you was created by someone else and has no guaranty that it will work. If you want the real whatsapp, you need a cellphone. If you need help with the PC app. you must contact the programmers who created it. Look for a help tab on the app you downloaded.
can you send me application or site to get watsapp for my laptop?

The link I gave you is the only known app for laptops. It did not work for you. There are no other options for a computer or laptop. Whatsapp is a mobile phone app. The developers of the app have already published that they will not be making an app for the pc or laptop.
