    I have a chapters.indigo /coles card that i have used to buy and it has a credit on it but when i tried to use it your company would not accept, what am i doing wrong

    when I tried to use it it was not accepted what am i doing wrong

       You need to contact the company to have them check the credit for you. Look at the back of the card, the phone number may be there.
