I do not know these ice makers as I do not have one. I do not have one because I've seen people having too many issues with them. Outside of calling a repair person you can check some of these webpages for a possible answer or refer to your owners manual's troubleshooting section http://www.bing.com/search?setmkt=en-US&q=why+does+my+maytag+ice+maker+take+so+long+and+make+small+ice
