Use your photo software to adjust the size of your picture. Choose the photo you desire and upload it in your photo software. Use the resizing tool to adjust the pixels of your picture.

Adjust your picture size in Microsoft Paint. The Paint tool is located under "Accessories." Click the "Start" button and then "All Programs" to get to the Paint tool. Open "Paint." Upload your picture, click "Image" at the top of the screen and then scroll down to click on "Stretch and Screw." Adjust the picture size by using the "Stretch" tool, and adjusting the horizontal and vertical percentage to make picture smaller.

You only need to upload your picture on the website, adjust your picture to your desired size and dimensions by using the "Zoom" tool and then click "Picture It."
