I am using StrongVPN The service is great; the sign up process is painless and it took less than 10 minutes from the moment I signed up to being able to connect. The software is good and the connection very rarely drops; in the 2 1/2 months that I have been using the service daily, it has dropped me only twice. And there is no loss of speed either. In short, I highly recommend it.
