My Philips SA9345 mp4 player software may be demaged by disconecting device from computer not safety, and i can't launch the player, and computer is trying to instal players software but it's failed all the time, what i can do to rise my player? thanks for answers :)

Contact Philips support and see if a new driver will help repair it. You should be able to find a new driver on their site page (contact button is on the top right side of the page) http://www.support.philips.com/support/downloads.jsp?userLanguage=en&userCountry=us

thank's but nothing works. Sometimes player turn on, but shoving that memory coruppted, i clear all the data but same error comes again and again. what should i do?
