      Absolutely.  An all clear 6 months ago, doesn't mean that everything is still fine.  Most lumps are nothing to worry about, but she needs to see her doctor without delay.

        Your medical treatment is free-ish in the UK, just get her to the doctor.

          Health issues can hit out of the blue. Any lump must be checked.
