There are some free art classes available in most communities, or qualified artists will teach from their studios. I found an excellent mentor in my area who give you much more personal attention and has small classes for about twenty dollars an hour. The Art Institute can really get expensive, but if you are that serious and are sure that this will be your profession, then by all means check them out. A.I. is a good school...
