It's probably because your computer cant recognize your mp3 player when you connect it to the computer. try doing the following:
1. connect your mp3 to the computer.
2. right click with your mouse on "My computer", then go to "manage"
then go to "disc management", then try to find a disc that says "removable", right click on it and go to the "change drive letter".
just change the letter to something diffrent, and your computer will recognize your mp3. change letters untill you succeed.
