Next October (2012) I will turn 66, which was when I planned to retire. However, I lost my full time job when I was 62 and started receiving my social security. Right now I can only make 14,400 a year without a penalty. Will that change next year because I turn 66?

After you turn 66  you can earn more  without a penalty  but to be completely penalty free you must be 70  I believe
