i have been employed with your company for the last two years and during this period ,i have discharged my duties to the best of my abilities and eversince i joined this company , i have put in my best efforts also . However, i think  my performance has gone unnoticed because i have not got any encrement so far, although i have been in trusted with some additional work, but my salary has not been revised for almost two years .so i feel that an increase in my salary is long overdue .

After such a long period off sincere service i feel i deserve a promotion .You are well acquainted with the fact that of the inflation has been very high . You know about the increasing cost of living in india as well as in qatar also and now struggle to make to both ends meet . Therefore i request you to consider my case for an increment / a promotion ? as you are aware of my family circumstances ,i earnestly hope that this request will be give due consideration . i feel confident that the management will genrous in recognizing and rewarding my merit .I am looking forward to fevorable response from you .
