It's got something to do with the digital box. Or, if it came digital ready, then it's got something to do with you turning it off by the switch on the electrical strip .That was the way it was explained to my g.friend by her brother.

what do you mean by electrical strip? do you mean the switch on the tv itself? how could I trouble shoot?
