I need a picture of location of turn signal flasher on '91 Olds Cutlass Ciera S
I have followed instructions to locate turn signal flasher & still can't find it. Flashers are always easy to find every other time I needed to put in a new one. I even removed panels in the area described: under dash board near steering column. Hazard lights work, turn signals do not.

Have you checked all the turn signal bulbs? If one is bad, the rest will not work. The location should be like all other turn signal flasher units, under the dash, under where the radio is. Think about when the flashers worked. Where did you hear the clicking sound coming from? The flasher unit is there.
