      How would they get the money to you if you just call into the bank to withdraw it? How do they know it's you on the phone? How do they know that you are not making the call under duress? Can't you set up an on line banking account with your bank? You can then do your banking on line. You still would not be able to withdraw money however since there would be no way to get the money sent through the computer and into your hands.
