Bing came with the last download you did on your computer. You need to read through every download because they all have a toolbar added into them. You have to uncheck the toolbar option.
To removed bing Go to your start button (lower left corner of your screen) > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate Bing, it hides under the name conduit or conduit engine > click uninstall
For Firefox, click on the Firefox icon on your computers opening page to open the Firefox browser.
