is the secretary allowed to buy bingo books at 12 in the afternoon when the person on duty is the treasurer and the books are not available to the members till 7.30 pm
i wrote a letter of complaint which was apparently put forward to there meeting 2 days later and i was verbally told not to be so petty.i did not receive a letter in recognition of my letter of complaint even when requested
