What happened to my submitted manuscript?
I submitted a manuscript titled: ABSTRACT for the Construction and Manufacturing Processes Uniting a Complete and Total Waste Recycling Center.
I submitted this manuscript and my check on 02/01/12. The copyright office chashed my check # 1846 in the anount of $65.00. What I'd like to know is what happened to my manuscript? Your records indicate that it apparently wasn't copyrighted. What happened to the money and my "unrecorded" manuscript?
