    the freezer was working about 11am, about 7:30pm everything was thawed out

    Your freezer should be replaced! If everything thawed in that short period , it wasn't working right!

      Have you check the circuit breaker? Is it getting power? If yes then you need a new motor or a new fridge. If the motor still runs, you may need a coolant recharge. If this is the case, your coolant may be leaking.
